A mix of maniacal laughter and journaling. Crashing out completely in my head and only 20% in reality. Trying to only control my controllables. Being patient with myself. Trying to have as much alone time as possible so I don’t go off on others. Puzzles help too. Really anything that can feed my inner child helps.
